H. VectorScout may, from time to time, send or post surveys or requests for User/Member Feedback in order to help us make our web site and services better. I. VectorScout may, from time to time, send notices about special offers, promotions or contests. If User/Member signs up to participate in any of these, we will collect your email address. VI. Does VectorScout Use Cookies?

A. VectorScout gives Users/Members the option to remove personally identifiable information from our list of active Users/Members.

XI. Where Is The Web Site Located?

The VectorScout web site is maintained in Australia. If User/Member is located outside of Australia, by using the web site, User/Member authorizes the import of their information and its use, as specified in this Policy.

XII. What Is The Minimum Age To Use the VectorScout Web Site?

A. Use of the VectorScout web site and products/services are intended for persons who are eighteen (18) years or older, or business entities.

B. If proof comes to the attention of VectorScout that an individual User/Member is under the age of eighteen (18) years, and is accessing our services and/or products without the consent, approval or authorization of their parents or legal guardian, VectorScout will immediately terminate such account and service.
